1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and miga888 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the miga888 website located at https://miga888.cam and all associated services, applications, and content provided therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through miga888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

3. Account Eligibility

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of miga888, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and notify miga888 of any changes promptly.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time at our discretion, miga888 may require you to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement)

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by miga888 may result in withdrawal suspension, Account restriction, or permanent Account closure. miga888 shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The miga888 Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, to operate a gambling business, or on behalf of any third party.

5.2 One Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. Any Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended, and any winings derived from duplicate Accounts may be voided and forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate Account has been created in your name, contact our support team immediately.

5.3 Currency

The primary transaction currency for Malaysian Members is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by miga888 at its sole discretion.

5.4 Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring your own device, internet connection, and browser software are adequate to access the Platform. miga888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and shall not be liable for any disruption caused by third-party infrastructure, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Deposits & Payments

miga888 accepts deposits from Malaysian players via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being processed at the time.

miga888 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. In such cases, we may request further documentation and the processing time may be extended accordingly.

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

miga888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal incentives, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Unless stated otherwise, Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any derived winnings will expire.
• Sports betting wagers placed using Bonus Funds at odds lower than 1.50 (decimal) may not contribute to Wagering Requirements.
• miga888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing Wagering Requirements for bonuses already claimed will be honoured.
• miga888 reserves the right to refuse, withold, or reclaim any bonus or promotion if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on miga888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market as displayed on the Platform at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

9.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other events — are offered on a best-efforts basis. miga888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was posted in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the result of the event has already been determined at the time of bet placement.

9.2 Live Casino & Slots

All live casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by live physical game procedures streamed from licensed studio environments. miga888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account. miga888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under21 years of age
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to place bets or access the Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage
• Coluding with other players in live dealer games or poker formats
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Attempting to charge back deposits made to your Account via your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards miga888 staff or other Members

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the miga888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interfaces, and design elements, is the intellectual property of miga888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of miga888.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, miga888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

miga888's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

miga888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via a notice on the Platform homepage or, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which miga888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to miga888's customer support team for resolution in good faith.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support escalation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral body designated by miga888's licensing authority. miga888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
